The Fabspeed Carbon Fiber Competition Intake System replaces the restrictive factory air‑box on 997.2‑series Carreras with a high‑flow, dual‑conical cold‑air intake constructed from genuine carbon fiber. By providing colder, denser air to the engine and improving airflow efficiency, this intake delivers up to +14 wheel‑hp and +13 ft‑lb of torque (per Fabspeed dyno testing), while adding a more aggressive induction sound — turning your 911 into a livelier, more responsive sports car whether on the street or track.

Fitment Notes

• Compatible with Porsche 997.2 Carrera (2009–2012) models. (Note: 2012 was a split year — verify whether your 911 is 997.2 or 991 before purchase.) 

• Direct bolt‑on replacement for the OEM air‑box and intake plumbing — no special modifications required. 

• Uses dual dry‑style air filters — no oiling required; simply wash and reuse— minimizing maintenance and avoiding possible MAF contamination from oiled filters.
