At just 22 lbs in our 19×9.5 size, the AWZZF is noticeably lighter than OEM Model S wheels — potentially improving your range and restoring the responsive feel the car was engineered for. The wider 9.5″ width also enables more aggressive tire fitments for enhanced grip and cornering stability, making it a strong upgrade for the Model S Long Range.
The AWZZF wheels are made using flow-formed construction, a process that combines the strength of forged wheels with the affordability of cast ones. Starting with a cast center, high-pressure rollers shape the barrel at high temperature, creating a grain structure closer to forged aluminum. The result is a wheel that’s stronger, lighter, and more impact-resistant than a traditional cast wheel — at a fraction of the forged price.
