We start with a forged billet—a solid piece of this high-quality metal that has already been forged to enhance its strength and structural integrity. This process changes the metal at its core, making it tougher than traditional cast wheels. Using precise CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining, we sculpt this forged billet into the final wheel design with meticulous detail. All our Atomic Wheels forged wheels, including the AWZZ, feature a knurled bead seat. Additionally, we offer a lightweight hub design featuring strategically placed cutouts to reduce weight without compromising the strength or integrity of the wheel. Our AWZZ wheels are fully compatible with Tesla’s original lug nuts and TPMS sensors, making installation straightforward. Due to the design of our wheels, the lug nut holes are slightly narrower than those on the OEM wheels. We recommend using a thin-wall socket to install the OEM lug nuts. For Model S
For a staggered setup, add to the order 2 of 20×9.5″ and 2 of 20×10.5″. You can use OEM tires or fit 265/40R20 on the front and 295/35R20 on the rear.
For a square setup, add 4 of 20×9.5″. The tire size can be 255/40R20 or 265/40R20.
For Model X
For a staggered setup, add to the order:
- 2 of 20×9.5″ and 2 of 20×10.5″. The best fit will be 265/45R20 on the front and 275/45R20 on the rear. You can fit 275/45R20 on both the front and rear rims, or 275/45R20 on the front and 285/45R20 on the rear. 255/45R20 on the front is also available to fit.
