• Teardown/Clean/Inspect
• FED’s exclusive high performance porting programs via 5-Axis CNC – Intake/Exhaust/Chambers (Some Chambers Don’t Apply)
• Pressure Tested for Leak Detection
• Precision Newen CNC Valve Job, which ensures near zero runout
• All Cylinder Head Sealing Surfaces Including Ends are PCD Machined, Making Sure all Surfaces are True
• Meticulous Hand Blending and Deburr
• PCD Surfacing Optimal For Modern MLS Head Gaskets
• Final Wash and Assembly
• Extreme Attention to Detail and Quality Control at Every Stage
